Winter just doesn't want to let go of North Dakota this year! I spent Monday morning snowed in but I had my scrapping supplies to keep me busy. I decided on a lighthearted card with just a touch of romance for the days project. When I found this sweet image in the Le Cirque collection I knew it was exactly what I was looking for.
