Paper Girls 2 Year Celebration

Paper Girls Challenge Blog Hop

We are celebrating 2 years with a blog hop and $25 Gift Card from Creative Embellishments.
Creative Embellishments carries wood veneer shapes, chipboard, and stamps. Please give them a big thanks from The Paper Girls over at their blog or facebook page.

For our hop today we have created projects that have a Celebration theme and that use either wood veneer or chipboard shapes. The celebration I've highlighted is the first day of school.

~ the Wheels on the Bus... ~
As soon as I saw the Readers Gallery Layout Sketch in the February issue of SG Create I new I wanted to replace the hearts with letters. I have plenty of alphas that are missing too
many letters or no longer match my style. Setting them up
vertically on chalkboard paper enhanced the school
theme and gave them "new life."

Supplies:
Paper:Farmhouse Paper, Darice
Wood Elements:Prima
Ink:CTMH
Brads:Recollections
Cork Chevrons:Denise Parcells
Border Punch:Kreaxions
Alpha:American Crafts, Basic Grey,
Echo Park, The Paper Studio

Sketch:
Allison Davidson for SG Create

And here's the hopping order:
