Snow Much Fun

This year North Dakota has had the coldest winter I've ever experienced. We've spent too many weeks in the deep negatives. For once I wish it would at least warm up enough to snow!!! In the spirit of that humorous thought I made this Thank You card.
~ Snow Much Fun ~
My handsome snowman is made with the negative of three overlapping circles.
He was a snap to make and looks dashing with his twine scarf.

Supplies:
Paper:Crate Paper
Enamel Accents:Ranger

Passport Photos

While digging through boxes last week to find an old address I came across these photos of my daughters.
Their expressions are hilarious!!!
~ Passport Photos ~
My youngest hated pigtails and was always pulling them out.
They snapped the photo just after she pulled
the rubberband off of one braid.
Here's a closer shot of those chubby mugs:

Take Risks

So happy to be a part of the Kiwi Lane Designs blog hop this month.
For my project I received the Tiny Accents set of templates.
These Designer Templates are so easy to trace around that I used them as layering pieces all over my layout.
I also used them as photo mats.

Splash of Blue

Paper Girls Challenge Blog #51
Kristina challenges us to use this photo for inspiration:
I was inspired by the mosaic look, the blue, and the silver.
~ Splash of Blue ~
As you can see I've recently had a "splash of blue" added to my hair. I had fun dripping acrylic paint down the page to represent my blue streaks. The first set of drips were too thick so I added a little water and tried again. I like both results.

Supplies:
Paper:Martha Stewart, Darice, MME
Acrylic Paint:Plaid
Flowers:Imaginisce
Brads:Recollections
Alpha:American Crafts
Staples:Making Memories
Ribbon, Sequins:Stash
